The Operation centred around individuals who would purchase prestige motor vehicles (Audi, VW, and BMW) most of the vehicles were purchased from car auctions with a high mileage on them. They pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud and received varying terms of imprisonment.

In 2017 a further investigation was undertaken by the Regional Organised Crime Unit and the Crown Prosecution Service into the finances of Khan, Hussain & Hussain.

On 19 March 2020 at Stafford Crown Court Jangeer Khan was order to pay £56,226.96, Sagir Hussain was ordered to pay £145,978.90 and Wahid Hussain was ordered to pay £128,858.74. The defendants were allowed 3 months in which to pay or face a term of 15 months imprisonment in default.
